  • Location: Washington, D.C. area -  (Venus under consideration in downtown D.C. and Arlington, VA
  • Potential Dates: July 22–23 or July 28–29 - Final dates will be based on venue feasibility—please hold both options for now.
  • Format: Fully in-person - This event is designed as a live, interactive training event. Due to cost considerations, a virtual option will not be available, and sessions will not be recorded.
  • Estimated Registration: $1,200 per person - ASAP members in good standing will receive a discounted rate.
  • Sponsorships: A limited number of sponsorship opportunities will be available.

FOIA Court Case Update – Video and Presentation Materials Available - Over 500 access professionals tuned in on January 29 to listen to Michael Heise and Dick Huff  review the most recent FOIA court cases. ASAP received numerous emails thanking the presenters for such an informative program. There was also interest in ASAP’s new sponsor, Skyward IT Solutions. Learn more about Skyward at  https://skywarditsolutions.com/foia or contact Deryck Weaver at 571-345-6088. (ASAP does not endorse services or products, but we are very grateful for their support of ASAP’s educational event.)
