FOIA Court Case Update with Ryan Mulvey and Dick Huff
They’re back! At the July 2020 ASAP Virtual National Training Conference, Ryan Mulvey and Dick Huff received stellar reviews for their FOIA court case update session. We are pleased that they have agreed to an encore performance. Ryan and Dick will provide an “up to the minute” review of recent rulings in FOIA cases. The cases will be correlated to the specific FOIA requirement, and they will provide tips on the impact for FOIA processing. A listing of the court cases and cites will be provided to registrants prior to the event.
Newly elected ASAP President Ryan Mulvey is Policy Counsel at Americans for Prosperity Foundation and volunteers as Counsel at Cause of Action Institute, where he has specialized in FOIA practice since 2013. Dick Huff is a consultant and former co-founder of the Department of Justice, Office of Information Policy, and a former ASAP board member.
